Actually got some progress!

Well I finally have a progress pic of my current WIP. I stitched a Valentine's exchange, but can not show that one off until it is received. Not much else been going on around here. We did get some pretty bad weather the last couple days, well bad to us here in West Texas. We had a lot of moisture and it was very cold which made for a lot of ice. Around here when there is a lot of ice, there is also a lot of traffic accidents. It has already cleared up now though, so everything can be back to normal around here!
Anyway, without further ado, here is my progress pic!

Just Cross Stitch

I am really excited! I got my first issue of Just Cross Stitch today!!! I have not ever subscribed to a stitching magazine before and I really want to start a collection of magazines. So anyway, I subscribed to this one. So as corny as it sounds, I am so excited to get my first magazine! I only have 3 or 4 magazines that I have acquired so I do not have much of a collection, so I am excited to start one! Anyway, just had to share! Stitching update coming soon!

Just a Bit of Progress!

Well I have made some progress on Cross Stitch Collector! This week has just been crazy and I have not had a lot of time to stitch, but a little time is better than no time at all!!! Hopefully next time the chicken will have legs and the plant have, well a plant to show! Anyway, hope everyone is doing well. I am fixing to get started on stitching some PIF's and other exchanges soon too!

Next Project

Well I have started my newest project. Cross Stitch Collector by Imaginating. Although I do not have a progress pic yet, I do have a pic of what it will look like finished!

Also wanted to let everyone know about the slide show up top. After several years I finally set down and went through all my charts. I have a bunch of them listed for sale or trade. Most of them I will take trade. Some of them I will also let go for just the
payment of postage. Anyway, that is what is in the slide show! If you are interested in any of them, just drop me an email which is listed in my profile!

Britty Kitty III - #2 Finished!

I finished my second for the year! I have really enjoyed these Britty Kitty designs. I was really excited tonight because as I was going through some of my patterns I found another Britty Kitty chart that I did not even know I had! LOL Anyway, I have decided that I am going to hold off on starting the next kitty though. As I was going through my stash I found a pattern that I want to do just for me and just for fun! I might actually make a little travel stitching case out of it. I was looking at needle books today and come up with an idea. Basically I am going to make a large needle case that will have pockets in it for my scissors and threads. So it will then become a travel stitching case! I will have a pic of the pattern that I will start tomorrow probably. Ok, so here is the finish!

First Finish of 2009

Well I finished my first project of 2009! There is actually 3 in the series that I am stitching. It's called Britty Kitties III by Brittercup Designs. This was actually a gift a couple years ago and I am pretty sure that it was from Dawn. Anyway, when I started stitching this I was only going to do this one for now, but I enjoyed doing it so much that I am going to go ahead and do the other two in the series.
